So, you love scrolling through Funda, Zillow, and other real estate marketplaces, manifesting your real estate investment portfolio. Same here. The benefits of investing in real estate, from rental income to year-on-year growth and asset appreciation are clear, making those benefits available to you, to us, and to other investors is the challenge BRXS was created to solve. This is how we’re doing it:

Fractional Real Estate

You know a great find when you see one. Yes, that property with the great bones in that beautiful neighborhood would make a fantastic investment if it weren’t for the property’s purchase price and transaction costs. Together, these are the barriers that have cordoned off real estate investing. With BRXS, that’s changed. Now, everyone who’s interested in investing in real estate can get in for just €100.

Our Expertise, Your Opportunity

Try buying a stock through a commercial banking app and you’ll get a pop up notification from them explaining that you’ve got insufficient knowledge and experience to buy stocks. That notification speaks to the considerable risks and liabilities of day-to-day trading. And though no investment is risk-free, the risks associated with a carefully managed real estate investment are enticingly low. Helping investors make the most of the opportunities this presents, using our expertise in property sourcing, financing, and management, is what BRXS is for. Curious to learn about our services or real estate investing in general? Don’t hesitate to send us an email, chat message or schedule a call with us!

Hassle-Free profitability

Just a quick note about what we mean by property management. Normally, buying a property means buying into everything that goes along with the property’s upkeep. This is a long list that experience tells us can get a lot longer. Now add tenants and calls in the middle of the night about broken faucets and overflowing toilets. In addition to locating properties and structuring their purchases, financing, and rental contracts, we also know a lot about plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, and how to keep the investment profitable. In short: BRXS investors don’t need to be DIYers.

Follow the Money

Determining whether real estate’s a better investment than stocks generally relies on an outdated understanding of what constitutes a real estate investment. Weighing tax advantages and leveraged investing against development, administrative, and transaction costs, and the property’s relative illiquidity doesn’t make as much sense for BRXS investments. Given that the buy-in’s €100, that each BRXS note’s transferable, and that all costs associated with the property are borne by BRXS, not by BRXS investors, we’re dealing with an entirely different business model here. With a BRXS investment, you get passive income, a hedge against inflation (topical!), and, should the property be sold, a cut of the appreciation. For all of their glitz, stocks can’t get you any of that.

Long-Term Security x Flexibility

To maximize return potential, BRXS holds and manages the properties in its portfolio for a minimum of 10 years. This being a business, we’d be fine selling a property early if doing so makes financial sense for us and our investors. Upon selling a property, we’ll settle sales costs, repay the mortgage, and then share profits with you and other investors. We see this as the most advantageous set up, one that’s backed by quarterly payouts from the property for as long as you’re an investor. Still, for all of these advantages, your investments need to work for you, meaning that you’re free to sell your BRXS notes whenever you’d like.

We like to think that we’ve democratized real estate investment. We’ve certainly made it more straightforward, accessible, and with a minimum buy-in of €100, affordable. If you like what we’re doing, sign up for BRXS here, create your investor profile, then start browsing the listed BRXS properties. Once you’ve decided on the property you want to invest in, click "Invest Now" and select the number of BRXS notes you want to buy. Each BRXS note is priced at €100 and the maximum number of notes available for purchase differs by property. After filling in a few more details about yourself, just select your preferred payment method and complete your transaction. See, easy, like it should be. Welcome to BRXS!

Don’t forget, we’re here to get rid of all your question marks. Shoot us an email, chat message or schedule a call with us and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
